We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):
– Cost: $12.95
– Delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment
– Recommended for time-sensitive orders

Free Shipping (EMS):
– Available for orders over $50
– Delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly during peak seasons. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Promise

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery date, provided items meet these conditions:

  • In original, unworn condition (no signs of wear, washing, or damage)
  • All original tags attached
  • Original packaging included (especially important for delicate items like riding helmets or footwear)
  • Accompanied by original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Riding Helmets (safety regulations)
  • Safety Vests (personal protective equipment)
  • Gloves (hygiene reasons)
  • Whips, Crops and Spurs (safety equipment)
  • Customized or special-order items

Return Process

Returning your equestrian gear should be as effortless as a well-practiced canter:

  2. Wait for Authorization: Our Colorado-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack using original packaging. For delicate items like competition shirts or breeches, use protective bags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our Arvada facility using a trackable method. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.

Exchange Process

Need different knee patch breeches or want another color casual riding top? Follow the standard return process but clearly indicate you’re requesting an exchange. We’ll process it once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Credit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days (depending on your bank). PayPal refunds are typically faster.

Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases of our error.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your equestrian apparel arrives damaged (as rare as a misplaced spur in our quality-controlled facility), contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund and cover return shipping.
