Our returns policy is designed with the same care we put into crafting our competition jackets and tall boots.

Our Return Promise

We offer a 15-day return window from the date you receive your items. All returned merchandise must be:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached)
  • In the original packaging (including any protective bags for items like riding helmets or footwear)
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Riding Helmets (due to safety regulations)
  • Safety Vests (personal protective equipment)
  • Gloves (hygiene reasons)
  • Whips, Crops and Spurs (safety equipment)
  • Any customized or special-order items

These exceptions mirror the careful consideration we apply when selecting materials for these performance-critical items.

Return Process

Returning your equestrian gear is as smooth as a well-executed dressage movement:

  1. Initiate Your Return: Email us at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for clarity.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our Colorado-based team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Package Your Items: Securely pack your return using the original packaging if possible. For delicate items like competition shirts or breeches, we recommend using protective bags.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Arvada facility (address below) using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchange Process

Need a different size in those knee patch breeches or want to swap your casual riding top for another color? Follow the same process as returns, but clearly indicate in your email that you’re requesting an exchange. We’ll process the exchange once we receive your original item.

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Timing: Credit card refunds appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank. PayPal refunds are typically faster.
